1967

IMV SpA Story

IMV is founded

The company was founded to produce plugs and reducers for radiators in the thermo-hydraulic sector, using cold forging technology.

1982

At the beginning of the 80s, IMV becomes a publicly owned company.

1985

IMV enters a new market

IMV SpA starts to supply components for agricultural machinery and starts producing gas burner caps.

1989

Customized production, a strong point

Towards the end of the 80s, thanks to the versatility of its structure and its fleet of machines, IMV SpA starts the production of new products, entirely made to meet personalized customer specifications.

2018

Global support

IMV expands its production activities beyond the national border, by opening a production site in Latin America, IMV Tech Brazil.

2019

Vertical integration

IMV acquires shares in Essegiemme (SGM srl), a leading partner in the enamelling sector.

2020

Approximately 20,000,000 burner caps are produced each year, most of which are enamelled and designed according to customer specifications and 5,000,000 other products.

Mission 2024 IMV has become a global partner for its customers.
