Today, IMV is able to adapt the forging sequence of the piece to be produced in order to obtain the mechanical characteristics required by the customer.
We can work carbon steel in bars ranging from CB4FF to C40, and alloy steels, with a diameter between 20 and 70 mm.
In case it is required by the features of the product, tube can also be used as starting raw material.
IMV has an internal workshop and tooling department, which enables to satisfy any needs of the customer in a short time. Moreover, IMV has an internal phosphating plant for chemical surface treatment and an annealing furnace.
The versatility of its structure and machinery enables IMV to satisfy requests for batches ranging from thousands of pieces to hundreds of thousands.
