Production capacity
- IMV is able to adapt the forging sequence according to the mechanical characteristics requested by the customer for the piece to be produced. It is possible to use steels ranging from the category C10 to C35, while the diameter of the raw material used can vary from a minimum of 35 mm to a maximum of 60 mm.
- We can meet the needs of batches of the order of several thousand pieces per month or even of hundreds of thousands of pieces. This is possible due to the versatility of the structure and of the machines;
- We can supply the raw or machined part.

We produce pins with weights ranging from 800 grams to 3.5 kg.
In order to guarantee excellent quality, and that the required dimensional characteristics are respected, the pieces are subject to inspections, using a new vision system that provides immediate feedback and detailed reports.
IMV has been manufacturing axial pins for the agricultural sector for over 20 years.
