I.M.V. S.P.A. produces cold forged articles products su specifica del cliente since 1967.
Over the years, the range of products and the reference markets have remarkably increased and changed.
In order to fulfil the needs of the new markets and to strengthen the position of the Company in its reference industry, the Management of I.M.V. S.P.A. decided to develop a Quality Management System in accordance first with UNI EN ISO 9001 and lately also with IATF 16949.
The Company intends to offer an increasingly innovative, effective and tailored to customer’s needs product. The complete Customer satisfaction is ensured through the continuous improvement of the production process in accordance with the binding requirements.
Quality Management System
The strategy of I.M.V. S.P.A. consists in developing a Quality Management System which is well integrated into the structure and the culture of the Company and based mainly on:
- Innovating processes and flows to streamline the Company and make it more productive, efficient and competitive in the market;
- Expanding and optimizing the additional processes offered to provide customers, who increasingly require it, with the finished product;
- Expanding its pool of Customers;
- Ensuring maximal flexibility to fulfil the requests of the Customer;
- Guaranteeing the control of quality requirements for every process in the company working hard to reduce scraps, wastes and variability;
- Ensuring on-time deliveries by planning, programming and controlling the product;
- Ensuring an adequate production capacity by optimizing production planning and by keeping the production equipment efficient and up to date;
- Fulfilling punctually and efficiently the technical specifications required by the customer identifying the most suitable industrializations solutions;
- Holding the whole Personnel responsible so each worker is aware that the efforts of the Company to reach the Quality targets are aimed not only to the growth of the Company but also of the single employee;
This Policy is the reference framework to fix the specific Quality targets which are constantly monitored and analysed through performance indicators.
The Policy shall be revised and updated periodically as appropriate and necessary, at least once a year during the Management Quality Review.
